The Adaptive Caregiver and Me class for ages 1-4 years old is an inclusive program that welcomes children with genetic differences, cognitive disabilities, physical challenges and sensory processing disorders. This class is designed to encourage participation and creativity through animated storytelling, songs and rhymes, instruments, props, and simple choreography. Each class is tailored to the unique needs of the children enrolled, ensuring that all children are able to participate and have fun.
Introducing children as young as 3 months old to movement and music education can be a fun and engaging experience that offers dynamic developmental benefits. This holistic class offers a playful and creative approach to learning that combines dance, music, and play to nurture young learners. The curriculum is based on international dance and music education standards and current best practices in early childhood development. It's understood that every child is unique and has their own pace of learning. Therefore, the program is designed to cater to the needs of every child. Every class introduces a new music and movement concept through sensory activities, circle dances, rhymes and songs, and movement exploration. The class is designed to be enjoyable for both babies and their caregivers. We encourage caregivers to participate in the class and bond with their child through movement and music.
Our ballet classes consist of barre work, center combinations, and across the floor progressions, to develop foundational strength, alignment, poise, confidence, grace, and knowledge of this beautiful technique. (ballet enrollment required for enrollment in jazz, modern, and/or lyrical classes)
* Students taking Ballet 7 are required to take Ballet Technique 3 or another ballet class.

Designed just for kids, this class will introduce the basics of tap dance in a fun, supportive atmosphere! Led by STL Rhythm Collaborative instructors, students will learn introductory tap dance technique, music theory, and history. Class exercises and combinations will improve balance, timing, strength, agility, and coordination.

This is your chance to learn a unique and exciting partner dance born in Harlem, NY during the swing era! Lindy Hop is known for its musicality, rhythm, and personality. The movement is a blend of African American social dances that later turned into many popular and commercial dance styles; many connections to tap, hip-hop, and studio jazz can be discovered. Students will learn partnering techniques, short routines to solidify patterns and steps in the jazz idiom, and music theory and historical context. No partner is needed - all students will dance with each other.
Recommended Footwear: supportive socks (like Apolla shocks) or low-profile athletic shoes (like Keds or Adidas). Shoes should be clean, not worn in from the street.

For 3-6 year olds, our pre dance classes consist of a combination of basic ballet and tap, incorporating creative movement, gross motor skills, rhythm and musicality training, culminating with fun dance games!
Pre-Dance 2 students may also enroll in our mini-jazz classes!

This class is designed to prioritize "fun on purpose", ensuring that dancers and caregivers alike will enjoy every moment of the class.
Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance workout that instructors say is primarily an aerobic workout - and it's all about having fun. This dance workout - which looks and sounds more like a dance party - remains a popular go-to for fitness-minded folks around the world. $15 per Zumba session.
